Below is a brief description of each chair.

BOARD MEMBER CHAIR'S

PRESIDENT- Serve as a leader & key contact for the PTA; preside at all meeting & events. Appoint chairpersons for special committees; coordinate the work of officers & committees so the PTA objective can be met.

MEMBERSHIP/VP- Act as an aide to the President; performs duties in presidents absence. Organize the annual PTA memberships to achieve 100% active members. Maintains membership records.

SECRETARY- Keeps the minutes of all meetings the PTA holds. prepare correspondence & perform all other duties.Keeps calendar of events for the school and helps fill vacant standing committee position.

TREASURER- Be responsible for and have custody of all funds, make disbursement, present and manage the budget, follows all policies, prepares financial reports. (We use an online program to keep records)

FUNDRAISING​-Helps the school raise necessary funds for the school year to obtain the budgeted needs for the school year.

PROGRAMS- Researches beneficial programs for our students. Also works closely with the school injunction with programs.

VIPS-Responsible for organizing volunteers for PTA & School events.

PARLIAMENTARIAN- Act as a consultant to assure that all meetings & processes are conducted in accordance with bylaws.
